To ensure that accounts being created on your server meets the
standard password requirement . This can be enforced on a Win 2008
server by following below steps:
1. Click Start > Run, type gpedit.msc > click OK
2. Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Account Policies > Password Policy.
